JOB DESCRIPTION
You will accompany the HIMCOM Human Resources Department for issues related to documents, tax registration, NPT, employee record keeping, answering questions of employees.
- Manage information, records and documents related to employees and their working history. Organize files reasonably;
- Perform work related to PIT and NPT registration papers;
– Consulting and answering questions for employees on the basis of Labor Law and other regulations;
- Perform other administrative tasks related to human resources (receipt letter, labor contract, contract termination,...);
- Handling issues related to employee benefits (Birthday, wedding, illness, annual health check,...);
- Making internal reports and other reports related to state agencies;
– Review the company's policies that are appropriate for employees and offer solutions to improve, improve employee relations, to become a reliable and can give recommendations. positive advice for employees;
– Other tasks as required from time to time by the Direct Manager;
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate majoring in Human Resource Management/Human Resource Management or other related majors;
– At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in the position of Human Resources;
- Priority is given to those who have working experience in companies with 400 employees or more;
- Good communicated ability; meticulousness and detail;
– High ability to work in a team and work independently, self-discipline, responsibility and positive thinking, enthusiasm and high service spirit;
