- Develop recruitment process and monitor its implementation
- Plan recruitment, collect candidate profiles, contact and arrange interviews, implement new employee welcome process
- Sign probationary contract, post-trial assessment and sign labor contract.
2/ Training
- Make training plans and organize training for each subject
- Supervision after training
3/ C & B
- Developing salary, bonus and welfare policies
- Timekeeping, salary calculation for employees
- Answer questions about salary system
- Monitor and resolve social insurance and health insurance benefits for employees
4/ Administration
- Develop processes and forms used in the company
- Manage personnel records, contracts, assets, legal documents, company seals
- Building and managing records on fire protection and environment
- Participating in the ceremony, visiting filial piety
- Build relationships with local authorities and authorities
- Perform statistical and reporting work at the request of leaders and management agencies.
