JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assistant translator for 2 Japanese experts on all documents and reports related to production and business activities
- Participate in internal meetings/partners directly translate meeting content accurately.
- Monitor and update work schedules, send notifications to the company internally about experts' schedules to arrange documents for internal signature;
- Go on business trips according to the schedule of experts or under the direction of the Group's General Director.
- On behalf of Japanese experts, coordinate with internal departments to handle documents related to Japanese personnel.
- Report work progress to the CEO and 2 Japanese experts.
Criteria recruit- Male, College, University, from 28 - 40 years old
- Minimum 03 years of experience as a Japanese interpreter or assistant for Japanese experts working in Vietnam;
- Japanese N2 or higher, good communication
- Knowledge: Knowledge of the manufacturing or commercial field is an advantage;
- Have interdisciplinary knowledge and ability to read and understand financial analysis reports;
- Have good health, can go on business trips when required by the company.
RIGHT:
- Salary: 20 - 30 million
