In charge of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance;
Carry out procedures to handle termination of employment for employees in accordance with the law and other human resource procedures. Monitor leave and resignation applications, update increases and decreases in personnel at units;
Receive and answer questions related to regulations, regimes, and policies on salaries, bonuses, insurance, and benefits for employees
