- Company representatives called sending agencies (CQPCs) that brought trainees (TTS) to Japan for cooperation & made an appointment for specific exchange. - With the CQPCs who have cooperated, keep in touch so that they periodically call me to consult their TTS direct service - At the consultation, get TTS information (by completing the application form) - Register information of TTS on the system and keep track of TTS until they come to Japan. - Store and preserve the Client's application and send it to Japan every 6 months - Other related allocation tasks. - Working time: 9:00 am (Monday - Friday).
