Processing
- Receive work assignments directly from PM daily;
- Arrange and coordinate appointments/schedules/meetings for PM as required;
- Attend and prepare meeting minutes as required;
- Prepare and distribute all announcements, information and all official correspondence issued by PM;
- Summary of all regulations (tenant handbook, interior decoration construction manual...); • Receive and synthesize reports from departments;
- Undertake secretarial-related tasks such as receiving, answering, sorting and recording incoming mail, calls, faxes, documents...
- Prepare, translate documents, and carefully synthesize documents related to the company's operations;
- Ensure daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports are prepared and submitted on time;
-Support PM when busy at work/on vacation, ensuring the operation of departments;
- Together with PM, work and discuss with suppliers/contractors on necessary operational issues related to assigned building operations;
- Work as a purchasing officer when required
