WE NEED YOU:
- Arrange work schedules and meeting schedules of leaders. Record and store meeting minutes
- Monitor project implementation progress of departments and prepare periodic results reports
- Participate in human resource work and building corporate culture
- Support to contribute ideas and advise in planning and building strategies for the Company
- Perform other tasks as requested by superiors

Regarding personality, you need:
- Progressive in personal development (growth mindset) and practical/logical thinking (data-driven)
- Be straightforward, proactive, accept responsibility as a partner to solve problems (own your outcome)
- Know how to listen and ask questions to work effectively as a team (team player)
Regarding skills/tools, you need:
- Have concise presentation and writing skills and convey messages that are easy to understand for readers
- Know how to listen to understand the needs and desires of the other person
- Neat, meticulous, attentive to details and have good office computer skills
- Graduating from College or University, participating in team and group activities is an advantage
- Having good English reading comprehension is an advantage
