Job Description

JOB DUTIES
1. Organizational management

- Building an organizational structure to meet the business requirements of each period, functions and duties of the Departments/Departments, job descriptions for each position;
- Building and controlling the Management - Employee database (QLNV);
- Prepare and control personnel manning, annual budget, control the payment of salary, bonus and welfare together with social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance in accordance with the current process and Labor Law;
- Organize the implementation of part-time, transfer, planning, promotion and development of personnel, appointment, dismissal and dismissal of personnel;
- Monitor compliance with the Company's Rules, Regulations and Policies.

2. Recruitment, training and development of human resources
- Organize the recruitment at the request of the Board of Directors in accordance with the recruitment process and meet the company's human resource needs in each period;
- Survey of training needs. Building, organizing and implementing training for all employees.

3. Salary and welfare work
- Developing and proposing salary, bonus and welfare policies for employees;
- Organize the full implementation of social insurance and health insurance regimes for employees in accordance with the law and in accordance with the company.

4. Management of administrative activities
- Controlling the drafting and issuance of administrative documents and procedures to be deployed in the company;
- Develop processes and regulations to serve the company's administrative management;
- Directly administer, deploy and guide specialists/employees of the Human Resources Department to perform work requirements related to the administrative field;
- Reviewing proposals, advising the Leader on the equipment, maintenance and maintenance of facilities, allocating equipment, tools and working tools to the Departments/Departments/Units under the Office;
- Control the dispatch of company vehicles, maintenance and maintenance of transport vehicles, ensuring to meet the work requirements of the Departments/Departments/Units;
- Building a company culture environment: building friendly relationships, mutual understanding among employees, setting healthy company culture standards for employees towards the common goals of the Company;
- Organize annual travel programs, team building & company events

5. Advisory work
- Advise and propose to the leadership the solutions related to the field / human resource activities; the company's human resource development strategy and plan;
