- Planning recruitment, training and development of human resources on a yearly, quarterly and monthly basis.
- Develop career development programs for job positions.
- Develop policies for promotion and replacement of personnel.
- Develop goals, action plans and annual budget of the Human Resources Department.
- Develop regulations on salary and bonus, measures to encourage employees to work.
- Organize and perform administrative work according to the functions and tasks and at the request of the Board of Directors.
- Develop regulations and plans related to the use of assets and equipment of the Company.
- Develop a plan and organize the supervision of the implementation of security and order, occupational safety, occupational hygiene and fire prevention.
- Research, draft and approve applicable regulations in the Company.
- Advising the Board of Directors on building the organizational and operating structure of the Company.
- Advise the Board of Directors on the development of plans on salary, bonus and welfare regimes for employees.
- Advise the Board of Directors on the administrative work of the Company.
- Support other departments in human resource management and act as a bridge between the Board of Directors and employees.
- Working time is from Monday to Saturday morning every week, from 7:30 am - 11:30 am, Afternoon from 13 pm to 17 pm)
