-Manage and supervise Human Resources department functions such as recruitment, management of salary and bonus policies or total compensation
-Provide policies to evaluate employee performance
-Discipline or terminate employees according to regulations
-Implement human resource development strategies, find and retain suitable talent for the business in different times.
-Coordinate with other departments to do a good job of recruiting and managing human resources in the business.
-Create learning programs or initiatives that provide opportunities for employees
-Manage employee records throughout the enterprise
-Build a healthy working environment and positive corporate culture.
-Supervise and communicate to employees in accordance with labor law regulations.
2. Welfare
-From 20,000,000 - 35,000,000 VND/month (negotiated directly during interview)
-Extra allowance for meals: 50,000 VND/day;
+ Attendance PC: 500,000 VND/month;
+ PC Phone: 500,000 VND/month;
+ PC Responsibility: 500,000 VND/month;
-12 licenses/year, used according to company regulations;
-Fully enjoy social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance according to current Vietnamese labor laws;
-Tet bonus, birthday bonus, 13th month salary;
