WORK CONTENT
- Advising customers on personal credit management.
- Communicate with customers to grasp the financial capacity of customers, advise on payment routes for customers.
- Accomplish the assigned work targets from time to time
- Participate in training sessions on knowledge, skills and professional skills of the Company
- Implement periodical reports, regularly discuss with management to improve working results.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Age over 18 years old
- No experience required. If you have experience in finance, credit, banking is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, professional demeanor
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
