- Consulting on introducing, cross-selling to existing customers products: unsecured loans, mortgages, credit cards, insurance... of Vpbank
- Search and develop new and potential customers to advise and provide personal financial products of the bank
- Acting as a contact point between customers and backline support, closely following customer records to ensure records are processed quickly and accurately and customers are provided with products in the shortest time. .
- Responsible for ensuring personal and professional development to meet business standards and job requirements.
