1. Description of CV
- Call customers to remind payment deadlines for customers that are over 180 days late
- Monitor and periodically report overdue debt to the Head of Department;
- Daily update on the status of debt collection calls into the management system;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager
2. Requirements:
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in working with customers over the phone such as Telesales, customer care, debt collection over the phone,...;
- No criminal record, no bad debt at Credit, Financial and Banking institutions;
- Attitude to behave properly with customers;
- Communicate effectively, listen well, have the ability to handle situations skillfully and flexibly;
- Good telephone communication skills;
- Persistence, hard work, responsibility in work;
- Have a spirit of cooperation and teamwork;
