1. Description of CV
- Develop plans and strategies for debt collection at home to ensure completion of work expenses.
- Ensure Debt Collection activities comply with approved regulations, policies and procedures.
- Recruiting and Managing a team of 15 employees, arranging work schedules, solving problems in the group.
- Share with team members about plans, activity orientation, bonus policy, emulation program.
- Mentoring new employees
- Make work related reports.
- Coordinate with Administrative Staff to complete employee data on the list of rewarded employees, timesheets, and quota allocation.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
