- Organize and operate the company's accounting system.
- Check and supervise accounting operations, ensuring accurate data of items.
- Evaluate the Company's financial situation at all times to advise the Board of Directors on policies, taxes, and finance.
- Control cash flows, cash flow movements, cash flow situation.
- Carry out internal supervision, ensuring accurate and effective financial and accounting control.
- Organize and operate the accounting system, store documents, books, reports and related documents systematically and professionally.
- Prepare financial statements, analyze financial situation, and make financial plans of the company. Organize and implement the approved financial plan.
- Update legal information on taxes, legal regulations and policies to perform standard, accurate and legal financial and accounting work.
- Perform other tasks related to finance and accounting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University majoring in Accounting/Finance.
- Have a Chief Accountant Professional certificate.
- Proficient in using accounting software.
- Honest, careful, enthusiastic and have a high sense of responsibility.
- Know how to organize and arrange yourself to successfully complete assigned tasks.
- Master the accounting regime, tax regulations, insurance and labor regulations.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Having worked in many accounting departments is an advantage.
