Job description
Performing debt management and debt collection for the list of customers with late payment debts at VPBank to ensure the completion of the target:
Manage a list of customers who are overdue for payment less than 90 days
Searching for information, communicating, directly meeting with customers to remind and notify about loan status, receive payment commitments from customers
Offer a plan/solution to convince customers to pay overdue debts or in case customers do not cooperate
Comply with VPBank's debt collection policies and procedures and regulations
Submit reports of work results against daily targets and other reports when required. Perform duties as assigned by direct manager
Job requirements
High school graduate or above
Candidates with equivalent working experience in the field of Finance, Banking, Debt Collection, Law... is an advantage; or candidates with suitable qualities will be trained in skills and professionalism during the working process
Have good communication skills, especially listening and persuasion skills
Skilled in tracing and investigating information
Ability to solve problems, react quickly, handle situations flexibly
Have a basic understanding of the bank's products and services and debt groups
Have good health, work hard and persevere, be well versed in the road
Basic use of office computer applications Word, Excel, Outlook, ...
