Wage

work content
- Develop a plan to develop human resources in both quantity and quality to meet production and business requirements
- Research and rationalize the structure and organizational chart of the Company to meet the development needs of each period.
- Developing title standards, planning the next team and setting up a promotion roadmap for employees
- Develop, organize and implement policies, procedures and processes for personnel recruitment.
- Formulate policies on training and human resource development, organize training activities.
- Develop policies on human resources such as labor relations, personnel organization, occupational safety, health and other issues for employees.
- Develop standards and processes to evaluate work efficiency and capacity of employees and monitor the implementation
- Management of salary and welfare regime: Developing regulations on salary and bonus, incentive mechanism, attracting talents, participating in building labor norms and salary unit prices.
- Develop, issue, organize the implementation and supervise the procedures related to administrative work (processes, regulations)
