JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work closely with the team with each customer and banks to achieve assigned debt recovery KPIs.
- Effectively manage debts while complying with company processes.
- Negotiate debt repayment options directly with customers and ensure the best customer service
- Identify complex cases, propose solutions that are being implemented according to appropriate policies of each bank.
- Perform assigned tasks to achieve individual and team KPI targets
- Responsible for the team's sales according to the company's plan
- Perform other duties as requested by Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school graduate or higher (doesn't matter majors)
Experience: 6 months or more in the field of bank mortgage debt collection, or at law offices
